Cosalt Offshore Appoints New Operations Director


Image: Cosalt Offshore Cosalt Offshore, a provider of integrated lifting integrity solutions and lifeboat services to the oil and gas industry, has announced the appointment of Keith Mackie as new operations director. Mr. Mackie joins the team at Cosalt Offshore with over 25 years operations management experience, having previously held senior positions with International Paper (UK) Ltd, Stats Group UK Ltd and Fisher Offshore Ltd. In his new role, Mr. Mackie will provide a central point of contact for the scheduling, management and delivery of operations, with a focus on ensuring quality management of safe, efficient and timely operations across the range of services provided by the company. He will also help to promote an environment of continuous improvement and the development of cost effective techniques and technology in order to meet customer requirements. Cosalt Offshore’s chief executive officer Rod Buchan said: “High standards of health and safety and providing our customers with the best service possible are two of the top priorities at Cosalt Offshore. “Keith brings years of operations management experience in a manufacturing and production environment to the company which will greatly strengthen the management team and further improve productivity and customer management.” Mr. Mackie said: “I am thrilled to become a part of the dedicated team at Cosalt Offshore and am looking forward to assisting the company in its aim to continuously improve and develop its procedures and processes in order to keep operations running smoothly and safely.”
